I find a lot of things coming up after I have listened to the CD. What does this mean and what should I do?
This is in fact known as a cathartic release, which in lay terms means that your subconscious is releasing stresses and they are coming to the surface and you are experiencing them and labeling them as bad. In fact, although they may be unpleasant, this is actually very positive, as these emotional issues are being released. Once they are up and out they are gone! What generally makes these experiences unpleasant for us is our resistance to them. Instead of resisting them if and when they come, just know that good things are happening and try to let them go. If this is difficult, simply lay down on your bed and observe what is happening without trying to put a label on the experience and let go of resistance. This should help you move past these experiences in only 5 minutes or so.
